Terms of Use

1. About Claryflow

Claryflow is a SaaS platform that allows you to detect events (on platforms such as Kiwify, Hotmart, Hubla, Kirvano, etc.) and automatically send messages via the Official API or uazAPI, as well as generate conversion and performance reports.

Our goal is to simplify post-sale communication, improve conversion rates and save operational time.

2. Eligibility and Account

To use Claryflow, you must be at least 18 years old and fully accept these Terms. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials, as well as for all actions carried out under their account.

Creating fake or duplicate accounts, or accounts intended to circumvent usage limits, is prohibited.

3. Plans, Limits and Billing

We offer 3 available plans, each with different deliverables. Paid plans can be contracted via Stripe or Abacate Pay. Prices, limits and features for each plan may be updated with prior notice.

4. Platform Usage

You agree to use Claryflow ethically and in accordance with applicable laws.

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited messages (SPAM);
  • Using the tool for fraud, scams or abusive practices;
  • Manipulating data or interfering with Claryflow's infrastructure;
  • Sharing access credentials or integration tokens with unauthorized third parties.

Claryflow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Integrations and Liability

Claryflow integrates with external services (such as Kiwify, Hotmart, Hubla/Kirvano and Evolution API). Each integration depends on the policies and availability of those platforms.

We are not responsible for failures, unavailability or external changes that affect the functioning of the automation.

6. Data and Privacy

We follow best practices for data security and confidentiality. Collected data is used exclusively for:

  • Processing automations and reports;
  • Improving the user experience;
  • Complying with legal obligations.

7. Support and Technical Limits

Support is provided through official channels (app dashboard or email).

The platform enforces security limits such as:

  • 60 requests/minute per send;
  • 10 jobs/minute in automatic queues.

These restrictions aim to ensure stability and prevent abuse.

8. Modifications to Terms

Claryflow may update these Terms at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or notification in the dashboard.

Continued use after the update implies acceptance of the new conditions.

9. Termination and Cancellation

The user may close their account at any time. Claryflow may also suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate the Terms;
  • Pose a risk to system security;
  • Have been inactive for an extended period.

Data and integrations will be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Claryflow is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous performance.

We are not responsible for:

  • Financial losses resulting from external failures;
  • Incorrect message delivery due to user configuration errors;
  • Interruptions caused by third parties (APIs, providers, etc.).
