Claryflow

Frequently Asked Questions

We gathered the most common questions about how Claryflow actually works: CRM, automations, sends, chat and integrations. If yours isn't here, reach out through support.

1. CRM and Lead Management

Every contact can be organized by folder, filter or pipeline stage, so your base stays segmented without a parallel spreadsheet. It's the same structure automations rely on. A recovery automation, for example, only fires for contacts sitting in the right pipeline stage.

Yes. You can bring in your existing list, integrate directly with your landing pages, or add leads one by one. All three feed the same CRM.

Yes. The chat shows the funnel stage, tags and purchase history of the contact at the same time as the conversation, with no need to open another screen.

A tag is a label that determines who each campaign or automation should be sent to, different from the funnel stage, which shows where the lead sits in the buying journey. A contact can carry more than one tag at once, assigned manually or automatically by event, like a purchase or a reply.

No. Records, segmentation and conversation history all live in the same place. The point is to replace the parallel spreadsheet, not complement it.

2. Automations

Abandoned cart, an unpaid Pix or boleto, a declined or pending payment, and a new lead from a form are the native triggers. Any event a third-party platform sends can also trigger a flow through a webhook.

No. Besides Hotmart, Kiwify, Hubla, Cakto and Kirvano, any other checkout platform or form that can send an event connects through a custom webhook.

They react to the event in real time. Scheduled sends are a bulk-campaign feature, not an automation one, since automations exist specifically to react the moment the event happens.

Each flow you configure (an abandoned-cart recovery sequence, for example) counts as one flow, regardless of how many messages it sends over the month. The limit is on active flows (up to 15 on Starter, 50 on Growth, 250 on Enterprise), not on messages sent by them.

3. Bulk Messaging

Yes. You can send right away or schedule it for when your base is most likely to engage.

Every bulk send goes out through Meta's Official API, the same infrastructure Meta uses to approve verified businesses. That drastically lowers the risk compared to tools that simulate WhatsApp Web.

In real time. Delivery rate, send success and lead replies are visible while the campaign is still running.

You can. Campaigns can be filtered by folder, tag or pipeline stage before sending, which avoids, for example, sending a first-purchase offer to someone who's already a customer.

4. Support Chat

Yes. The inbox sorts conversations by status, shows wait time, and tracks Meta's 24-hour window for each contact.

All four formats: text, audio recorded straight from the browser, images and documents, all through the Official API.

No. You can change the funnel stage, edit tags and see the contact's purchase history on the same screen as the conversation.

It's shown. The inbox displays each conversation's window, so the agent knows whether they can still reply with free text or need an approved template.

5. Integrations and Webhooks

Yes, data syncs the moment the event happens on the source platform. It's not a periodic import.

It's how you connect any checkout platform or form that isn't on the native-integration list, without waiting for Claryflow to build a specific integration.

Not for the five native ones, it's plug and play. For a custom webhook, the source platform needs to be able to send the event; configuring it is usually handled by whoever already maintains that platform.

Yes, for the CRM the result is the same: the lead comes in already qualified, with the source event recorded. The difference is just the setup path.

6. Reports and Metrics

Delivery rate, open rate and conversion rate for campaigns in real time, plus the operation's sales and revenue indicators.

Included. All three plans come with advanced reports, it's not a separate upgrade.

Also those. Beyond send metrics, the dashboard shows total revenue, lost revenue, deals in negotiation, and sales by source event.

7. Plans, Limits and Account

Yes. Starter includes 1 Official API number and 2 QR Code connections, Growth goes up to 2 and 4, and Enterprise reaches 3 and 7.

Yes, every plan connects more than one at a time (native or via webhook): 2 on Starter, 3 on Growth, and every available one on Enterprise.

It grows with you: up to 5 on Starter, up to 25 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise. Each pipeline is a separate sales funnel inside the same CRM.
